A good weekend We had such a great weekend. On Friday Kyle and I had the afternoon to ourselves while Andrea took the boys for another Auntie Andrea day. We did a little shopping, and a lot of relaxing. I got a pita that was really good. He got quiznos. We picked out a rug for our living room. I like it. Then we went to pick up Sloan and have dinner with Andrea. We left Adriel who was quite excited for his sleepover. We dropped Sloan off with Isabel and went to see the hunger games. It was fun. The movie could have been better, as is often the case when it comes from a book, but it was still fun to go and see it. Saturday morn is the time for my long run. It went well. Things were starting to get a little achy by the end, but for the most part I felt good. In the afternoon, Adriel and Sloan went to Nathan's party and then to Becky's while we went on a date with Andrea and Dean. We got soft serve ice cream and screamers, and then we went out for Korean which was delightsom. We walked downtown a bit in pursuit of fudge, but the place was closed. We pick up the very tired boys and put them to bed and watched the Lord of the Rings, which Andrea hadn't seen before. It was fun. Then on Sunday we had a good visit with my friend Vanessa, who had us over for dinner. A good weekend. Now on to the week...

Sounds like a good weekend! Nice when the kids are old enough to do sleepovers so you get some extra time with Kyle!
well that just sounds jam-packed with fun things. glad you're having so much fun lately.
personally, i LOVED the hunger games movie and thought they did such a good job! Harry Potter and Twilight have been disappointments for me, but I thought they did so good on the hunger games. Such a good cast, and they followed the book really well, with understandable cut-outs because of lack of time.
