Im making pizza buns for Kyle's lunch because apparently thats the sort of thing that good wives do so that husbands dont only have "boring sandwiches" to eat. The last time I made pizza buns for Kyle's lunch, they all got eaten before he had a chance to take them for his lunch. It was when I was overdue to have Adriel and I had nothing to do. The morning that I was induced the twins came over because they were in town for the recital. We watched some friends, particularly to one where Rachel was overdue and had some laughs- little did I know that I was up for a similar experience ha ha. Kyle and Jordan were working on the deck. Kyle came in for lunch and heated the pizza buns up in the micro wave because they were good that way. Amy and Bethany watched him eat them longingly, making comments like "those look good." Finally I offered them some, thinking "why wouldnt they just ask? Its just me, no need to be shy." And they both looked at me aghast and said my name in a way as if I had just done the worst thing. "How could you tempt us!?" oh. he he. I forgot about the "cleanse." Anyway, the pizza buns bring back that memory.
We are having a primary activity on May 12. We're going to make garden stones for Mother's day. (sorry katie its not a surprise for you anymore) It was something Tracy was planning on doing when she was president, so I decided to still do it. At first I pictured a lumpy mass of concrete with random things in it, like shells and beads- you know sort of tacky. But then I looked it up on the net and they're more like stepping stones, they're round and flat and you can do really cool things in them. They're actually quite cute, and I think they'll make a good mothers day gift. I hope lots of kids come because I know that not many showed up for Tracy's last activity.
Here are some of the
latest of my cutite pie
. Now he's awake. Gotta go.
