Here I sit with a cup of hot apple cider, my baby asleep after having a cuddle with me, and life is good. Kyle left for work this morning in Victoria, but he'll be back tomorrow and Esther and I are going to hang out. It was a good weekend too.
My lesson has come and gone, and Im glad it's over. It went well. I mean, I think it went well. I hope that the time goes by as quickly as it did, in the next two months I have to teach. I was lucky to have mom there to share some of her wisdom too. I know that really, the lesson was mostly for me, and that's why Heavenly Father wanted me to teach it. Kyle stayed home from church because his back was really bothering him from moving his mom in.
So far, having Ann upstairs hasnt been too bad. She cant come down because of the stairs, so that's not really a problem. She also watched Adriel for me while I go to the gym when Kyle's not around. Im trying to be positive and patient with her. There are times when its a little harder, I'll admit.
I want to go Christmas shopping. Are we going to do our tradition this year Laura?
Yesterday we spent most of the day with Leah and Steve. We went to the mall together and parused (have no idea how to spell that) around. It was mostly Leah and I looking in stores and the guys hanging out outside of them with the babies. We went back to their house. Kyle and Steve went out with Wade to Furture Shop. He works there and he helped us get a new camera at cost! Im very excited about it. So hopefully I'll be able to start posting lots of pictures.
After dinner we played skip-bo. Leah and I decided that we were a team and as long as one of us wins it didnt matter. Leah won and if she hadnt I would have right after her. That really bothered the guys. they wanted to play something else so they could "slaughter" us. So we finally decided on Family Fued. We played in on the computer. It was fun. Leah and I kicked their butts again actually, three times in a row. There were some funny moments. One of the things was Name symptoms of the flu that you get when you fall in love. Kyle and Steve pushed the buzzer thing first and Steve insisted on "clammy hands." It wasnt even up there. ha ha. So we started teasing him that he had clammy hands when he dated Leah.
yeah. good times.
