Nappy
I feel like taking a nap, and maybe I will. I have the day off today, and I have done pretty much nothing. I hate to waist the day, but at the same time it's like my body is saying- give me a break!!! Its important to listen to our bodies.

Thanksgiving was really good. Nice to know we are still functional as a family without mom and dad to host the dinner, etc. It was the best thanksgiving dinner I'd had in a long time. There were a few reasons for this. 1) Because there werent that many of us, all the adults actually fit around the table, and we put all the food on the table too. This meant that we were all sitting together, there was no stressful congested buffet in the kitchen and we all ate at the same time. People didnt have to get up when they wanted seconds. Also, the conversation didnt revolve around politics or hockey. 2) It was satisfying to eat a meal that I had a big part of creating, and EVERYTHING was perfectly yummy (not because of me though). 3) I took my time eating and didnt force seconds on my plate because I was full, and despite how yummy everything was, eating even though you're full itsnt good and you dont feel good afterwards. Thats been a hard learned lesson for Sarah on occasions like this. For dessert Tracy wanted to whip the cream by hand rather than search a few cupboards for Mom's beaters. No one agreed with this rediculousness. Afterwards she was complaing how long moms beaters were taking. Like she could have gone any faster with her arm? Silly girl.

Got my fourth coldsore in four days. One in my nose, one right under my nose, one on my lip, and now another is forming on my lip! WHATS HAPPENING. Upon the arrival of the fourth, I called the doctor and made an appointment. I can go in today thank goodness!
